At Below Zero, we've done our best to anticipate and satisfy our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of answers to frequently asked questions.


If it rains, can we reschedule?

To reschedule your order, we need a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Can we book another date if our order is rescheduled in time?

Yes.

What if it starts to rain during our event?

Most of our carts will fit inside buildings.

Is there a minimum ice cream order amount required for delivery and use of the cart?

No.  However, if the ice cream portion of your order is under $250.00 before taxes and delivery charges, a cart rental charge will apply.  

Can we rent the ice cream cart by itself?

Yes. We have rental rates for carts based on how long you require a cart.  Rates - Single day, 3 days, weekly, monthly and long term  seasonal rentals  available.  

Can we buy ice cream without getting a cart?

Yes, there is a minimum delivered order amount.  If picking up at our warehouse a time  must be arranged ahead of arrival.

Are there product substitutions?

Yes. If product ordered is not available, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value.

What are the delivery charges?

This varies depending on time and distance from our warehouse in Mississauga. We do have a minimum delivery charge.

Can we pick-up our order in the ice cream cart  to avoid the delivery charge?

Sorry, we deliver all orders packed in ice cream carts.

What are the payment terms?

All orders are COD unless other arrangements have been made with us.
